About Bryan

Bryan was born and raised in Albany, NY and has been a Guilderland resident for over twenty years.

He has been an attorney practicing law in the Capital District since 1997.  The main emphasis of Bryan’s practice is real estate law.  He has represented hundreds of purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions and has also represented mortgage lenders and title companies in countless closings.

Bryan also has considerable experience in Land Use/Zoning Law, including serving several years as a Member, Counsel, and Chair of the Guilderland Zoning Board of Appeals.  He also served three terms in the Albany County Legislature (2007-2018) and was elected a Guilderland Town Justice in 2018.

He also served three terms as an Albany County Legislator (2007-2018) and was elected a Guilderland Town Justice in 2018.

He graduated cum laude from Albany Law School in 1996, [and] graduated cum laude with honors in History from Middlebury College in 1993, and graduated cum laude from Albany Academy in 1989.
